Return/replacement policy:
1. Refund or replacement request is available within 2 weeks since you receive the item.
2. Please contact us to request a return authorization. Your name, auction number and reason for returning are required on the package. Items returned must include all original packaging.
3. Please repack the item carefully. Items returned will be tested and new replacement will be sent out
immediately if item returned is found out defective. If a suitable replacement is not available then a
refund will be issued. Shipping, handling and insurance fees are non-refundable.
4. Items returned without RMA (Return Material Authorization) number will be refused and returned to the sender.
5. Buyer is responsible for the returning postage.
