1.This version only supports 38K bit rate signal learning.If your device cannot be controlled by this IR remote control,it means the control code rate signal not match,and it cannot be learned.
2.There are 2 types of set-top boxes,OTT and IPTV,the most obvious difference is that IPTV supports living streaming while OTT does not. Please make sure you have matching TV box before set-up.
3.IR cannot penetrate walls.Please make sure there is no obstacle between IR remote and IR devices.
4.DIY paired devices doesn’t support voice control.
