Instructions for using the new charger
DIRECTION FOR USE
Alkaline zinc manganese rechargeable battery paired with this charger for the best user experience
After power on, the indicator light on the charger is green, indicating that the charger is in normal standby mode.
2. After the charger is powered off, it can be restored to its factory state by powering it on again.
3. After inserting the battery, the corresponding indicator light on the charger is red, indicating that the battery has started charging
4. After inserting the battery, the corresponding indicator light on the charger remains green. Check for the following conditions and take appropriate measures:
(1) If the battery is new or has an open circuit voltage higher than 1.61V, remove the battery and use it directly
(2) If the open circuit voltage of the battery is lower than 0.5V, remove the battery and wait for the voltage to rise to the red indicator light of the charger or replace the battery.
(3) The positive and negative polarities of the battery are reversed in the charger. Remove the battery and place it correctly according to the polarity symbol of the charger
During the charging process, if the indicator light turns green, it means that the battery can be removed and used. If you want the battery to be fully charged, you can continue to float charge the battery without removing it. If the battery has been float charged for a long time and the usage time is still short, you should consider replacing the battery.
The indicator lights on the charger flashing alternately in red and green indicate that there is an internal problem with the battery that cannot be charged, and the battery needs to be replaced.
If the charger does not work or detects battery abnormalities, you can try restoring the charger to its factory state or inserting the potentially problematic battery into several other slots. If the problem persists, consider replacing the battery

Do you provide tracking information?

For some shipping companies, it takes 2-5 business days for the tracking information to update on the system. If your order was placed more than 5 business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us.

Will my items be sent in one package?

For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you have specified combined shipping.

Refunds & returns policy

Order cancellation

All orders can be cancelled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to make a change or cancel an order, you must contact us within 12 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be cancelled.

Refunds

Your satisfaction is our #1 priority. Therefore, you can request a refund or reshipment for ordered products if:

  • You do not receive them within the guaranteed time (45 days not including 2-5 day processing)
  • You receive the wrong item

If you are approved for a refund, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 14 days.
