Q1. How many pieces CPE are included in the package?

A: There are 2 options in the link, if you need 2pcs CPE, please order the option of ‘2pcs Cheaper’.

Q2. Does the antenna’s coverage can reach 11-25KM? Can one device reach 10KM?

A: No, this is directional antenna, 11-25KM means directional transmission distance, and it can only achieve when 2pcs CPE set point to point as wireless bridge mode, and there is no obstacles in the middle. one device can not refer to this distance!

Q3. Why can’t the transmission distance reach 25KM?

A: 25KM is theoretical distance. It requires two devices to be installed facing each other, and there are no obstacles such as trees, buildings, etc. in between. 10-11km is the normal reachable distance.

Q4. Can it be used with a 48V POE switch?

A: No, this CPE requires a 24V POE power supply, and using it with a 48V switch will burn out the device

Q5: Does it support 2.4G?

A: No, it can only support 5.8Ghz , if you need 2.4Ghz CPE, please contact us to recommend it for you.

Refunds & returns policy
