Buying instructions:

1. If the package is damaged when you sign for it, please ask the Logistics providers to provide a proof of damage before signing, and please take an unpacking video of the parcel or some pictures of the damaged package as evidence, you can apply for a refund by opening a logistics dispute complaint on platform directly or contact us in time.

2. Please take an unpacking video as evidence for any potential problem like quantity short or damage on arrival (DOA).

3. Due to the embargo on the battery by China Post or customs, the battery will be removed before shipment.

4. All international customs duties and fees are subject to individual country rules and regulations are responsibility of the buyer. Please consult local custom office for details.

5. Please kindly take note that for AC adapter, there is no power cord in the package, because we sell these all over the world, and the standard power plug is very different in each country. You can buy a power cable from your local shop directly.

6. Please DO NOT buy a “NO RAM NO SSD” bundle if you are not a Computer Expert, we DO NOT compensate for the Buyer’s own ram and storage.

7. If you come from an European country, and if the amount of your order exceeds 150 EUR, according to the EU VAT policy, it can’t be shipped by AliExpress standard shipping directly. Please contact us immediately after your payment is completed. Thanks.

8. Please allow 1-3mm differs due to manual measurement.

We process and ship orders every Monday – Saturday, and are unable to offer weekends or holidays delivery.

The following are general shipping guidelines

Usually, items will be shipped out within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) upon full payment receipt.

AliExpress Standard Shipping, Usually takes about 10 – 35 or 60 business days to Worldwide;

Expedited Shipping, via DHL /EMS. DHL: takes about 3- 10 business days, EMS: takes about 7- 22 business days.

Buyer Commitment

We will send the order to the buyer’s address specified on the AliExpress. Please double check your phone number/address/city/zip code to make sure it matches your shipping address.

We can’t control the delivery time because it’s handled by a third-party service. If the package fails to arrive within the expected time, please contact us, we will extend the delivery date before there is a dispute, and we will do our best to help you urge the logistics supplier to track and investigate it, so that the package can finally arrive at the destination smoothly.

How do you ship packages?

Packages from our warehouse in China will be shipped by ePacket or EMS depending on the weight and size of the product. Packages shipped from our US warehouse are shipped through USPS.

Do you ship worldwide?

Yes. We provide free shipping to over 200 countries around the world. However, there are some locations we are unable to ship to. If you happen to be located in one of those countries we will contact you.

What about customs?

We are not responsible for any custom fees once the items have shipped. By purchasing our products, you consent that one or more packages may be shipped to you and may get custom fees when they arrive to your country.

Do you provide tracking information?

For some shipping companies, it takes 2-5 business days for the tracking information to update on the system. If your order was placed more than 5 business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us.

Will my items be sent in one package?

For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you have specified combined shipping.

Refunds & returns policy

Order cancellation

All orders can be cancelled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to make a change or cancel an order, you must contact us within 12 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be cancelled.

Refunds

Your satisfaction is our #1 priority. Therefore, you can request a refund or reshipment for ordered products if:

You do not receive them within the guaranteed time (45 days not including 2-5 day processing)
You receive the wrong item
You do not want the product you have received (but you must return the item at your expense and the item must be unused)

We do not issue the refund if:

Your order does not arrive due to factors within your control (e.g. providing the wrong shipping address)

If you are approved for a refund, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 14 days.

Exchanges

If for any reason you would like to exchange your product, perhaps for a different size in clothing. You must contact us first and we will guide you through the steps.
