We do not provide 3G/4G Module ,so if you prepare to install 3G/4G Module ,we will remove the screw for a full Mini PCIE slot and provide a WIFI extension plate.

If you wanna use Pfsense and our WIFI at the same time,you need to change pfsense settings into access point mode,or else pls reinstall other system.Becuse our wifi do not function well with Pfsense.

Why only support USB signal wifi?

It only support USB signal WIFI in that there is only 4 sets PCIE channels but every wireless card need one PCIE channel. Barely WIFI Modem be able to support Mini PCIE WIFI except RT3070. In addition,Some customers are be able to edit drivers procedure themselves and debug it,so we supply SKU with WIFI option. Actually,we will tell them if customers consult about these information.The slot design is aim to support 4G function in that USB signal is enough for 4G modem.

LAN Ports:

The 4 ports are labeled WAN, LAN, OPT1 and OPT2. when you are using pfsense, Actually the ports should be 1, 3, 4, 2. If you need only WAN and LAN, pls the first port for WAN and the last port for LAN.

Q1: About the system.

A1: It will come with unactivated windows 7.we can provide inactive Windows, Linux, pfSense, Sophos, VyOS, Linux iptables, Untangle,Ubuntu ect. Would like other OS, give me an attached message. You also can install OS and software package by yourself. F11 key boot from USB Drive. Delete key enter into BIOS.

Q2. Could you print our company logo on the product?
A2. Yes.

Q3. Could you produce customized package box for us?
A3. Yes, the MOQ. for that is 500pcs. Extra cost will be charged if quantity less than that.

Q4. How about the import tax?

Q5. Does it support 3G/4G?
A5. Yes, there is a mini PCI-e slot for wifi or 3G/4G module but it supports wifi by default, if you want to install a 3G/ 4G module, please leave a message. By the way, we don’t supply any SIM card and 3G/4G module.

Will my items be sent in one package?

Refunds & returns policy

Order cancellation

All orders can be cancelled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to make a change or cancel an order, you must contact us within 12 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be cancelled.

Refunds

Your satisfaction is our #1 priority. Therefore, you can request a refund or reshipment for ordered products if:

You do not receive them within the guaranteed time (45 days not including 2-5 day processing)
You receive the wrong item
